We prepare the full permit package, file it with the county, Planning, fire and Environmental Health, answer every correction letter, and track it all in your Lodge portal. You never call a county desk.

Purchase

Need financing to purchase the home and or land? We can help you secure funding.

Step 4

Delivery

Your home will be delivered directly to your site. If you don't own land or a space in a park, we can even help you find a place for your new home.

Step 5

Setup

We can arrange for the complete installation of your new home and get it move-in ready.
